I’ll admit, it doesn’t stay cold in Texas for very long, but when we do get a cold snap, it’s lovely to break out all the warm, comfort foods…. like Hot Chocolate! This version is full of creamy sweetness, but NOT full of sugar!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond or oat milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp swerve confectioner sugar
- 2 mini sugar free Hershey bars
Directions
- Turn the stove onto low-medium heat
- Get out a medium to large pot
- Heat and whisk together milk, cream, cocoa, & sweetener
- Once mixed and heated through, add Hershey bars and continue whisking to melt.
- Serve and enjoy!
