Low Carb (Keto) Cheesy Vegetables

Gotten sick of eating grilled chicken and veggies? No disrespect to the grill, but sometimes you just need some cheese in your life… and your veggies! One of the best ways to get everyone to eat their veggies!

Ingredients:

-24 oz Frozen Veggies (I use the California blend – Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc)

-2 tsp Onion Powder

-2 tsp Celery Salt

-1/2 cup Mayonnaise

-2 cups Cheddar Cheese

-1 stick of Butter sliced into pats

Directions:

  1. Turn that oven on to 350! Do it now or you’ll forget!
  2. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with butter or spray.
  3. Cook veggies according to the directions and put in a large bowl.
  4. Mix in Onion Powder, Celery Salt, & Mayo.
  5. Pour the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  6. Cover with pats of butter & cheddar cheese.
  1. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
