Low Carb (Keto) Fettuccine and Homemade Alfredo Sauce

This is a show-stopper! It is so good, it actually convinced my in-laws to eat Zucchini Noodles! I feel like after that, there’s just nothing else to say except where you can customize it! 🙂

Now if you love a thicker sauce like me, use heavy whipping cream! If you love a thinner sauce such as you get at restaurants like my husband, use half & half only or a cup of half & half with a 1/2 cup of milk.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 ½ Cups Half & Half
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Minced (or more if you love garlic like I do!)
  • ½ Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Tsp Seasoned Salt (I use Lowery’s)
  • ¼ Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Cups Grated Italian Mix Cheese
  • One bag of Keto Noodles (I use Great Low Carb Bread Company) or your favorite veggie spiral

Directions

  • Turn the stove on to Medium Heat
  • Get out a large skillet and melt butter over medium heat
  • Saute Garlic until your kitchen smells delicious, about 2 minutes
  • Stir in Half & Half and simmer over low heat for about 2-3 minutes, but don’t let it get to a rolling boil
  • Whisk in the Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, and pepper for about 1 minute (just to get it all mixed)
  • Whisk in the Italian Mix cheese until melted.
  • Serve over Keto Noodles or your favorite Veggie Spiral!
